My journey to Amplifi Women started with a lightbulb moment: after being asked to lead branding and marketing for a high-profile client, I realized that my decades of experience in strategy, leadership, and communications were exactly what so many women needed but didn’t know how to ask for.
At a young age, I adopted a no-regrets approach to life. “We’re not waiting” isn’t just a slogan—it’s my personal philosophy. I know what’s at stake when women silence themselves and I’m here to make sure you feel supported to speak up.

Meet Jen
Jen Pestikas is a certified coach, speaker, marketing strategist, and passionate advocate for women who are ready to stop waiting and start sharing their brilliance.
Jen has spent more than 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, eventually stepping into the C-suite and leading business development and marketing strategy. Along the way, she realized her true passion wasn’t just building brands—it was helping women find their voice and share it bravely and boldly.
Today, Jen combines her experience in executive leadership, marketing, and coaching to help women authors, entrepreneurs, and professionals get clear and get moving on the dreams they’ve been putting off chasing.
Jen is also the voice behind the Brave Women at Work podcast, which can be found on Apple, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, and Spotify. She holds certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), including the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner. She lives in the Chicago area with her husband, two daughters, and a cute little Shichon dog who is spoiled rotten.
